Dr Serena Jones – GP
Dr Serena has extensive experience as an NHS and private GP and also in medical advisory roles. She has over 7 years experience in the digital health sector and is a Clinical director and advisor to private health companies alongside working two days a week in the NHS. Serena qualified as a doctor from Manchester University in 2008, she holds the MBChB, MRCGP and also the DRCOG and DFSRH. Serena has a special interest in Women’s Health, preventative medicine and health tech.

Dr Katie Stephens – GP
Alongside getting her MBChB (University of Manchester, 2007) and MRCGP (2012), she also completed additional certifications, doing USMLE Steps 1-3 (United States Medical Licensing Examinations) and obtaining her cert ECFMG in 2015, and DRCOG in 2016. Katie’s special interests include Cardiology and medical training.

As part of our partnership with St John Ambulance, we have up to date access to health content from the UK’s biggest first aid charity.
St John Ambulance provides expert advice, courses, first aid supplies and provides you with a way to get involved through volunteering.
Chris Kyriacou – Fitness Expert & Nutritionist
Chris has been a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist for the last 8 years.
He studied strength and conditioning at Imperial College London, whilst also working at St Mary’s University focusing on how to train and manage patients with cardiovascular disease.
Anne-Marie Gawen – Mental Health & Wellbeing Trainer and Consultant
Anne-Marie has worked in a variety of roles within the NHS and Social Services as well as national and local charities.
Her training style is inspiring and fun, even where the topics are challenging and difficult. She set up her business – Unlock Your Wellbeing – to ensure that people attended training that was effective, practical and usable.
She is a Qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor and has delivered the training to hundreds of delegates in a VERY wide range of industries. She is also qualified to deliver i-act Managing Mental Health and Positive Wellbeing training and Jigsaw Discovery Tool – great for self-awareness and understanding how and why others are different.
Having recovered from her own significant mental illness Anne-Marie is now passionate about reducing the stigma often associated with mental illnesses.
Her passion for all things related to positive wellbeing are evident in her work in the prevention of, and recovery from, mental illness.
